Family and Living Rooms have fireplace and Family room has large flat screen 3D TV with glasses. Also has stereo, DVD, CD player. Entire home is available. The Highlands Golf Course is a picturesque and challenging par 72 championship course located steps away. The Highlands golf course features generous greens and tree lined fairways that reward the well played shot. Play among the mature oaks and massive pines while enjoying The Highlands unique blend of old-Florida style golfing mixed with modern technology. You can now experience the only course in the area with GPS Mobile equipped golf carts that give you a 3D image of the hole with onboard yard information to help you take your game to the next level. Damage deposit is $1500.00. 50% of Total Rental amount is due upon booking the reservation, and the balance due 90 days prior to the arrival date. No pets please. CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the Landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire time frame of the Guest License Agreement, they will refund Tenant's money, minus 3.5% of the rental amount for processing fees.
